Here, at our main info page, we hope that we can answer any questions or address any problems that may arise.
Our customer satisfaction, now and in the future, is our foremost concern. Any comments on this matter, be they for improvement, new eyewear suggestions, praise or criticism, should be sent using out contact form found at the bottom of this page.
We offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason at all (your girlfriend doesn't like them, your dog growls when you put them on...etc...etc...) you can return your glasses for
either a full refund or exchange within 10 days of when you receive them.
We will refund the full cost of your orders minus shipping as long as they are returned in new condition.
We work very hard to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. We inspect your glasses several times before they
are shipped to you. We check to make sure that the color
and style are correct as well as check for any material
defects such as scratched, chips, and other cosmetic defects.
When you receive your glasses, if they are damaged in any way,
we'll ship you a replacement Free of charge to you. If this is the case please contact
Customer Service right away. You'll need let
us know the same day the the order is received if you find it is damaged. Also, if you find that you have not received the correct products please contact Customer Service.
We'll get it straightened out quickly.
To make a return:
- Make sure to make your return within 10 days of when you received your item
- All product returns will be inspected when received. All returns must be in the condition you
received them in and in the original box and or packaging including invoice for return credit to be issued.
No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of wear and tear. Once we have received
your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and issue you a email informing you that
your return transaction has been completed. Credits normally take 5-7 business days to appear on your
credit card statement.

We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service.
All Orders are packed and shipped within 3 days from when they where placed if ordered before 2 PM Pacific time.
If you placed your order after 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, or anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday,
your order will ship the following business day. Please note, your delivery estimate does
not begin until the day after your order ships from our warehouse. For example, if you choose
Priority shipping, your 4-5 day estimate begins the day after the product is shipped; if you order
on a weekend or a holiday, the delivery estimate begins the following business day.
Also, if any unexpexted delay occurs we will inform you the same day you placed your order.
All orders are also shipped with Free Tracking and Delivery Confirmation, so we can insure that your
glasses arrive at your address safe and secure. All of our sunglasses come with a 10 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return them for a full refund minus shipping. See returns
for more detailed info.
A. Standard Shipping Cost
Standard shipping to addresses in the US is $4.99. All US orders totalling $30.00 or more ship for free first class mail only.
Please note, this $30 total does not include tax or shipping charges. First
Class orders to the US are generally delivered within 7-8 days of being
B. Priority Shipping Cost
Priority shipping to US addresses is available using the USPS Priority Mail
Service. The cost is $8.99. Priority shipments generally are processed more
quickly than First Class Shipments. The delivery time is 4-5 days once it is
shipped. Priority shipments do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
D. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will gladly process international orders. The cost for international shipping is just $17.99. Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $11.99.
International exchange shipping is just $6.00. International orders can be held up in customs. If this occurs we can provide you with the USPS
tracking number which may help you to get an estimate on the delivery date of your package. Other than standard shipping costs, we don't charge
any additional fee's for international orders. Unfortunately most country's do charge Customs Fee's. They are an unavoidable cost for international
orders and are mandated by the government. We cannot estimate, discount or refund the costs or tariffs your government imposes upon your shipment.
International orders also do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
E. Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service is generally very reliable, but occasionally mix ups do occur. We will do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible.
F. Shipping Refunds and Exchanges
For exchange shipping, the cost is
half. So standard shipping would be $3.50 for US, $6.00 for Canada and $7.50 for International orders.
Shipping charges to mail a package back to Maximum Eyewear is the responsibility of the customer. If you mail an order back for an exchange, please include the necessary shipping costs
(as explained in paragraph A) with your return to avoid any delays to your order. Also the free shipping promo does not migrate with your return.
If you receive free shipping, then return the products for refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and said shipping fees will not reflect in your refund
G. Military Shipping
All initial orders mailed to US APOMilitary Addresses are shipped free of charge. We do this as a service to customers who are serving our country and to their families who wish to send them the gift of eye protection.
H. Unclaimed or Undeliverable
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally a package is either undeliverable or unclaimed. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed we will contact you to verify your address and then we will
reship the package for you. We may need to charge additional shipping if it is required by the USPS.
At this time we only accept Visa, Master card, American Express, or Discover. We receive quite a few requests for bank transfer payments. Regrettably, we cannot accept bank
transfers for any order, no matter the amount. If your mailing a payment, please use secure registered mail with delivery confirmation.
Money orders are treated the same as cash and processed immediately. Checks must clear before the product is mailed. This generally takes 2-3 business days.
